Experience the real taste of Buri at Chicago National Restaurant Show
SHOKUEN will participate in the National Restaurant Association Show (NRA show, Booth #: 8624) scheduled from May 21 through 24 at the McCormick Center in Chicago. At the 2015 show, SHOKUEN’s Buri made its debut to the US market. At the largest restaurant show in the US, the company will offer the opportunity of tasting real Buri that was fully aqua-cultured by SHOKUEN for the best wholesome quality with least fish smell. Chef Arima, one of the prominent chef in and owner-chef of an Italian restaurant, Passo a Passo of Tokyo, will present some creative menu featuring the Buri.
